"My philosophy in artistic direction is rooted in the role of the conductor as someone who serves both the musicians and the music. My aim is to achieve not only the best musical results but also the finest concert experience for both musicians and audiences.
My work conducting orchestras has been enriched by my experience as both a solo performer and an orchestral musician. With over 15 years in this field, I have gained extensive experience conducting various genres, periods, and styles. Additionally, my background as a composer has provided me with a profound understanding of translating the composer's vision into the hands of musicians."
